The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is the latest foldable smartphone from the company to make its way to the Kenyan market. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is available in Kenya starting from Ksh 212,000, with prices varying depending on configuration and the retailer selling it. There was no official launch of this smartphone by Samsung in Kenya, but it has still made its way to the market and a number of retailers are offering it with the 2-year EA warranty.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 stands out as being the slimmest fold smartphone Samsung has ever made. This phone is just 8.9 mm thick when folded, which is almost as thin as the thin as the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which is 8.2 mm thick.

As for the main features, the Z Fold 7 has an 8-inch display when unfolded. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite paired with at least 12 GB of RAM. This phone comes with Android 16 with One UI 8. It is expected to get up to 7 major Android upgrades. For the battery, it is still an unsatisfactory 4400 mAh unit, which I do not think is enough for such a phone. Samsung should consider using a bigger battery.

Have a look at the other key specifications below.
