GOtv Installation and Setup
Installing and setting up GOtv is not complicated. To get started with your GOtv installation:
- Connect your decoder to the TV by using the provided voice and cables.
- Place the antenna outside your house in an area with no obstructions.
- Connect your decoder to a power source using the power cable provided.
- Power on the decoder and the setup process will start automatically.
- Choose your language and let the decoder scan for all available channels.
- If the scan process does not start, adjust the antenna till the signal is strong.

How to Pay for GOtv in Kenya
Paying for your GOtv subscription can be done through the myGOtv app, through its website, or USSD by dialling *423#. Payment can also be done through M-Pesa, a credit card or through your bank. Bank payments in Kenya can be made through Diamond Trust Bank, Faulu Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank, I & M Bank, Jamii Bora Bank, NIC Bank, Rafiki Bank, KCB Bank, Equity Bank, CBA and Co-op Bank. Contact your respective bank for instructions on how to make the payment, as they vary from bank to bank.
How to Pay for GOtv Using M-Pesa
Since M-Pesa is one of the most popular methods, here are the steps to follow when paying for your M-Pesa subscription.
- Open the M-Pesa app, mySafaricom app, SIM toolkit or through USSD.
- Select Lipa na M-PESA > Paybill.
- Type 423655 as the business number.
- Enter your GOtv IUC number. You can find the IUC number on the red sticker at the bottom of the decoder.
- Enter the amount to pay depending on your subscription.
- Input your M-pesa PIN to complete the transaction.
- Wait for the conformation SMS from Safaricom
Which GOtv package shows Premier League?
You can watch English Premier League matches on GOtv Supa+ on SuperSport English Premier League channel 65. This is the only package with SuperSport English Premier League.
How can to Change your GOtv package?
Upgrading or downgrading your GOtv package is simple. Just go to the myGOtv app and tap on the ‘CHANGE’ button from the side menu bar. From the dropdown menu, choose Change package and proceed to upgrade or downgrade.
