    Kupa Kenya and Huawei have announced a new partnership that will see the roll out of the Artificial Intelligence Customer Care (AICC) system. The two companies hope this partnership will help boost the the customer experience for Kupa Kenya’s clientele by using cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.

    The AICC system is designed to streamline customer interactions, improve service efficiency, and provide real-time support, thereby ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for all users. This partnership underscores Kupa Kenya’s commitment to adopting state-of-the-art technology to meet the evolving needs of its customers.

    Huawei’s experience in technology and innovation makes them an ideal partner for this endeavor. The AICC system, supported by Huawei’s together robust infrastructure together with Sybyl, will empower Kupa Kenya to offer superior customer service and maintain its leadership in the insurance sector.

    The rollout of the AICC system is set to commence in [January/2025, with full implementation expected by July/2025. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in Kupa Kenya’s digital transformation journey, setting a new benchmark for customer care in the industry.
