LG Electronics Starts Campaign to Elevate Customer Satisfaction and Highlight Warranty Checks

LG Service Center Campaign

LG Electronics East Africa has launched its Service Center Campaign, which aims to continue promoting LG’s exceptional service policies in providing unparalleled customer satisfaction. It succeeds the successful Last Mile campaign that sought to enhance LG’s after-sale services through a network of service centers strategically located in key towns.

The Service Center Campaign, unveiled today, reinforces LG Electronics’ unwavering commitment to its customers by focusing on three fundamental objectives: Raising Awareness of LG’s Service Policies; Enhancing Customer Satisfaction, and Promoting the Unique Selling Points of LG’s Service Policies. The Campaign will further showcase the advantages of choosing LG Electronics for the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to service and support.

The cornerstone of the Campaign is a dedicated focus on Warranty Checks, through which LG will educate customers about the benefits of a warranty check and how to ensure that their LG products continue to perform optimally. This emphasis on warranty checks will provide LG customers with added confidence and reassurance in their product ownership experience.

This campaign promises to be another milestone in LG Electronics’ ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service and building stronger relationships with its valued customers.

“Our Service Center Campaign aims to underscore the importance of service policies and warranty checks, ensuring that LG product owners enjoy the best possible experience with their devices.
Through increased focus on warranty checks, we are determined to ensure our customers derive complete satisfaction and confidence in our products,” LG Electronics EA Managing Director Dongwon Lee.

The Service Center Campaign comes days after LG launched its fifth Brandshop at the T-Mall shopping mall in Nairobi’s Lang’ata Area, alongside its first fully-functional Smart Laundromat that now serves as a reference for investors looking to enter the Laundromat business.
