The Redmi 12 is now available in Kenya starting from Ksh 20,799. This is one of the latest from Xiaomi to launch in Kenya this month. At this price, the phone is competing with the Samsung Galaxy A14, Tecno Spark 10, Infinix Hot 30 Play just to name a few. This is a very competitive segment with very good devices.

The Redmi 12 comes with some decent specs but nothing stands out really. The display has a 90Hz refresh rate, has a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W charging support, is powered by the Helio G88 processor etc. These are good specs and standard for a smartphone within this price range. This phone promises to offer very good performance both for daily use and even gaming.

The Redmi 12 should not be confused with the Redmi Note 12 series. The Note series is slightly more expensive than this. Both phones are from the same company but target different customers.

Have a look at the key specifications of this phone to help you decide if it is worth your money.
