Samsung confirms the Galaxy Watch 5 and 5 Pro unknowingly

On the occasion of the first beta of One UI Watch, the well-known Samsung Health application responsible for tracking health and sports activity in the Samsung ecosystem received a beta update (version 6.22.0.069). The names of the two new watches can be readily differentiated in the menu of devices that may be associated with the application.

In 2021 also, the results were just as now. Samsung Health did the same thing with the Watch 4 last year, and the placeholders at the time both represented the forthcoming Watch 4 and Watch 4 Classic. For the Watch 4, the Watch Active 2, without rotating bezel, and the Watch 3, with bezel, for the Watch 4 Classic, respectively.

The Watch 5 Pro edition would be distinguished by two features: a substantially bigger battery and more opulent materials such as sapphire crystal and a titanium casing. The only question is whether the only placeholder picked to symbolize a watch without a rotating bezel might signal that Samsung will abandon this design feature?
