    Xiaomi Unveils the Redmi 10 2022 in the Kenyan Market

    Xiaomi has unveiled yet another smartphone in the Kenyan market. This new phone, the Redmi 10 2022 is the latest variant in the Redmi 10 series. It does come with a few upgrades over its predecessor. According to the company, the device has “a powerful chipset and a sleek design, making exceptional performance available to more and more people.”

    The Redmi 10 2022 is available in Kenya starting from Ksh 19,500. The phone is available in three variants at the following prices:

    • 4GB + 64GB at Ksh. 19,499/-
    • 4GB + 128GB at Ksh.21,499/-
    • 6GB + 128GB at Ksh. 22,799/-

    The launch of the Redmi 10 2022 comes barely a week after the company launched yet another affordable smartphone in Kenya, the Redmi 10A. The Redmi 10A is available for a much cheaper price of Ksh 12,899.

    The Redmi 10 2022 has a 6.5-inch Full HD display with 90Hz refresh rate. it also features AdaptiveSync technology which lowers power consumption and extends battery life by adjusting the refresh rate based on the content being viewed. Also available is Reading Mode 3.0, which effectively reduces eye strain by offering a paper-like quality to your reading experience.

    Powering this device is the MedaiTek Helio G88 processor that should be decent enough to handle most tasks you throw at it. The phone is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that should easily last. you an entire day. This battery supports 18W fast charging.

    The Redmi 10 2022 sports a 50MP AI quad-camera setup including a 50MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera, 2MP macro camera and 2MP depth camera. The device also offers a suite of different filters at your fingertips that can craft sensational yet creative photos and videos. The 8MP selfie camera at the front is capable of capturing panorama selfies to combine your selfies with the beauty of the environment.
