The vivo V23e is the affordable variant of the V23 series launched in Kenya today. The price of the vivo v23e in Kenya is Ksh 33,999. At this price, it should be competing with the recently unveiled Redmi Note 11 Pro. Both these are very good smartphones and it will be interesting to see which one ends up on top.

    Key Specs

    • Display: 6.44-inch (1080×2400)
    • Front Camera: 50MP
    • Rear Camera: 64MP + 8MP + 2MP
    • RAM: 8GB
    • Storage: 128GB
    • Battery Capacity: 4,050mAh
    • OS: Android 12

The vivo V23e varies slightly from the 5G variant. The front-facing camera is a single-lens 50MP one and not a dual one like in the 5G variant. The V23e is also powered by the Helio G96 processor and not the Dimensity 920 on the 5G variant. The G96 is still a capable processor that can handle tasks well.

At Ksh 34,000, is the V23e worth it? Will you add some more money and just get the V23 5G?

Have a look at the specifications below before deciding which variant is for you.
