If you are like most people, you probably do not think much about the fridge that is in your kitchen. Yes, you use it everyday but don’t think much about it as it does a good job of keeping your food chilled.

If this has been you all this time, you probably have not encountered the LG InstaView Door-in-Door fridge that will get you excited about having it. It has a number of futuristic features that make it exciting to have as a nice addition to any kitchen.

Below are some of the five reasons why you should get the LG InstaView Door-in-Door fridge.

    Knock Twice

The LG InstaView Fridge is known for its knock twice feature that lets you see what is inside the fridge without opening it. This ensures that you do not let cold air out when checking what is in the fridge. With the knock twice feature, you can tap twice on the fridge door and it lights up to reveal the contents of the fridge.

According to LG, the average family opens the fridge as many as 32 times a day for no specific reason. Being able to see what is inside without opening the fridge door can help save energy by up to 41%.

    Energy Saving

I have highlighted this above but there is more to energy saving that just opening the door. The LG InstaView Door-in-Door fridge has an advanced and very efficient inverter Linear Compressor that has a 20 year lifespan and can cut out energy consumption by up to 32% when compared to a basic fridge freezer.

To Put this into perspective, the Inverter Linear compressor uses about Ksh 1,066 worth or electricity compared to the inverter compressor that uses Ksh 1,406 worth of electricity in a month.

    Keep Your Fridge Organized

No one likes a disorganized fridge and no one should have one. With the LG InstaView Fridge, you have over 600 litres of storage space and this is more than enough space for family supplies. Besides the door balconies and shelves that you get with more refrigerators, you also get a wine rack that can store your wine at the optimal temperature.

    Instant Ice Crusher

The LG InstaView Fridge can churn out ice cubes, chilled water and crushed ice in an instant. The fridge has slim doors that do not take so much of the freezer space.

Access the Fridge via an App

Through the Smart ThinQ app, you will be able to monitor your fridge from wherever you are. Through the app, you can control the fridge and freezer temperature, turn express freezing on and off to ensure you have enough ice when you get home, use the smart diagnosis feature to address any issues with your fridge and also turn filter power mode on and off.
