Vivo has today announced the availability of the vivo Y20s smartphone in the Kenyan market. The phone will be available countrywide for Ksh 20,999 and with this you will be getting notable specifications including a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.

Beside the battery, the vivo Y20s is powered by the Snapdragon 460 processor that the company has paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage space. For your photography needs, the y20s comes with a Triple camera setup made up of a 13MP main camera, 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. An 8MP sensor sits at the front of the phone for all your selfies.

The device will be available from today in two variant colors, Obsidian Black and Purist Blue.

‘’vivo’s success in the global market can be attributed to its persistent efforts to understand and tap into specific consumer behaviors. In line with its ambitions to continue its growth trajectory, vivo works relentlessly to develop stylish and dynamic products that cater to diverse consumer segments around the world. This is a reason we have the Y20s in Kenya,’’ said Mr. James Irungu, vivo Smartphone Kenya Brand and Communications Manager.

The vivo Y20s comes with a 6.51-inch display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. This is not the best resolution to be honest for a phone within this price as you can get a better one from some of the other phones the y20s is competing with.
