The Huawei Y9a has finally been launched in Kenya. The Y9a has been on pre-order in Kenya for about a week. This is the latest from the company and the latest in the company’s Y9 series that has had some good devices over the last couple of years.
The Huawei Y9a is available in stores including Jumia for Ksh 30,999. Those who buy it will get a pair of Bluetooth headsets worth Ksh 2,499.
Just like all the new Huawei smartphones, the Huawei Y9a does not come with Google services but Huawei has replaced that with its own Huawei Mobile services. In addition to this, the phone comes pre-installed with AppGallery in place of the Google Play Store. This is Huawei’s official app store with a constantly growing list of apps, where users can simply browse and download the apps they need.
