    The Huawei Nova 7i Is Set to Be Launched in Kenya Soon

    Huawei is set to launch its second nova device in Kenya soon. This second device is the Huawei Nova 7i that the company has confirmed will be launched in the country soon.

    The Huawei Nova 7i is the rebranded Nova 6 SE that the company launched in its home country of China last year. The retail price of this phone is still unknown and that is information we will have to wait for as we get closer to its launch date.

    The Huawei Nova 7i comes with an FHD+ display with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels. It does have a punch hole on the top left corner of the display to house the selfie camera. Available colours for this device include Sakura Pink, Midnight Black and Crush Green. It also comes with a 4200mAh battery and supports 40W super fast charging.

    At the back the Huawei Nova 7i has a quad camera setup made up of a 48MP main sensor, 8MP ultrawide sensor, 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies it has a 16MP front facing camera.

    Speaking of the soon to be launched device, Huawei Mobile Kenya Country Head Jim Zhujie said, “HUAWEI nova7i is an entertainment mid-range device suitable for millennials and Gen Z’s alike. Not only does it have a sleek look and feel, but it also encompasses unparalleled photography features, a large 4200mAH battery and the outstanding 40W HUAWEI SuperCharge. If you are looking to change up your phone, HUAWEI nova7i is the way to go. “he concluded

    The Nova 7i comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner to help with unlocking of the phone among other features.

    Powering the Huawei Nova 7i is the company’s in-house Hisilicon Kirin 810 processor that has been paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage space. You can expand this space further to 256GB using a micro SD card if you wish to do so. The phone comes with Android 10 with EMUI 10.0.1 and as expected it does not have Google Play Services.

    The expected launch date of the Huawei Nova 7i in Kenya is still unknown but we will know that very soon.
