The Infinix Zero 6 Pro is finally coming to Kenya and will be available for Ksh 31,999. The phone is available on pre-order through Jumia and Kilimall from today all the way to the 28th of this month. The phone has not been listed on Kilimall but will be there very soon so keep checking back for that. This is a very short pre-order period and to ensure you take part, the company promises 12 months’ glass protector replacement, a goody bag and stand of winning another Zero 6 Pro to anyone who pre-orders the phone.

In Kenya, we are only getting the Infinix Zero 6 Pro and the standard Zero 6 will not be available. I am not sure why the company decided to do this but maybe they are confident Kenyans will go for the Pro version in huge numbers.

Infinix Says the Zero 6 Pro is made for professional photographers. It has a dual camera setup made up of a 24MP and 12MP sensors at the back. These are AI cameras that the company says let in more light for brighter images even in low light conditions. The AI scene recognition of these cameras will identify the subject you want to take a photo of and adjust the settings for the best results at all times.

For the selfie lovers, you do get a 20MP AI shooter perfect for different lighting conditions. “Infinix adopting the latest technology in AI algorithms, has come up with one of the best AI selfie cameras for truly intelligent images. Our fans and users will now have the power to express themselves through their professional photos and smart selfies.” said Benjamin Jiang, Managing Director of Infinix Mobile.

The selfie camera on the Zero 6 Pro has AI beauty mode to ensure the selfies you take a worth sharing online. I am yet to test out any of the AI features of the Infinix Zero 6 Pro so I am not 100% sure how it works or if it is that good. Besides the AI beauty mode, the selfie camera also has advanced light control and facial features recognition to help you take you best selfies all the time.

Powering the Infinix Zero 6 Pro will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor that is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage space. To be honest, I am impressed with this combination, I was not expecting Infinix to go with a Snapdragon 636 processor on this phone.

The Infinix Zero 6 Pro is available on Pre-order as I have mentioned and will be available in Sapphire Cyan. I will be getting this phone very soon and test it out then share my thoughts right here so make sure you follow TechArena on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Telegram to know when that happens.
