Aspira has announced a partnership agreement with Elite Digital Solutions, Apple Premium Reseller in Kenya that will allow consumers to buy iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and other Apple products through access to affordable credit facilities and pay later within 3-12 months.

Through this partnership, consumers will be required to pay a minimum deposit of 30% of the total cost of iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max and purchase for as low as Ksh.13,000 through Aspira.

Interest of 4% percent will be charged per month with the total cost of the loan split into equal monthly installments. Consumers can choose to pay over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months period depending on the customer’s preferences.

Speaking during the announcement of the partnership, Managing Director for Aspira, Yoeal Haile said that many consumers desire to buy a genuine iPhone XS or iPhone XS Max but due to other financial commitments are unable to afford the gadget.

“Aspira is committed to making it easier for Kenyan consumers to get the best quality and genuine products within their monthly budget. Our partnership with Elite Digital Solutions gives customers the confidence that they will immediately enjoy a guaranteed genuine iPhone while paying it off within 12 months conveniently,” he said.

In addition, consumers will also be required to pay a one-off credit insurance cover with Aspira when they are purchasing the iPhones to protect them from loss, incidents of accidental damage and also cover repayments in case of death or permanent disability.

While lauding the partnership, Head of Operations, Elite Digital Ms. Meenaz Kurji said that the company is known for delivering high-quality and genuine Apple products in Kenya and the East Africa region.

“We are delighted to be offering our customers with a more affordable way to purchase the latest iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max, therefore, enabling them to enjoy the same great experience while paying for the gadget within 12 months,” said Ms. Kurji.

The Aspira app, available on App Store and Google Playstore (iOS and Android) allows users to apply for credit, get instant credit information, retailer information, loan status, payment updates amongst others.
