The Safaricom Neon Kicka 4 is currently the cheapest Android Go smartphone in Kenya. The phone is available through Masoko and Safaricom shops for Ksh 3,499. The phone was just recently launched in the country and joins the growing list of Android Go smartphones we have in Kenya.
The Safaricom Neon Kicka 4 is supposed to give users a better experience thanks to Android Go. This is a tweaked version of Android meant for devices with between 512MB and 1GB of RAM. The phone also comes with lighter version of popular Google apps including Gmail Go, Maps Go, YouTube Go etc. These apps are made to take less space and have the basic features of their full-featured apps so as to ensure users still have access to the services without affecting the overall experience.
