The Infinix Note 4 is already available on Jumia for Ksh 13,999

The one entry level phablet we have been eagerly waiting for this year is the Infinix Note 4. This phablet is here to replace the Note 3 but what makes it exciting is its new design. The company has redesigned the Note series as we know it and the new design borrows a lot from Samsung and even has the fingerprint sensor embedded on the home button. This is the design I was excited to see and now it is finally here.

Even though Infinix hasn’t officially confirmed the availability of the Note 4 in the country, the phone is already available on Jumia for Ksh 13,999. This is quite a reasonable price and makes the phone cheaper than the Note 3 that it is supposed to replace. This is a good thing and makes the decision of potential buyers much easier as most who are looking to buy an entry level phablet will settle for the Infinix Note 4.

The Jumia listing also reveals some of the phone’s key specifications that are not very different to those of the Note 3. If you were waiting for upgraded specs, you may be disappointed with the Note 4, it is just a repackaged Infinix Note 3 in my opinion. We are not getting a big upgrade here except for the changes in design, something I was not expecting. The Jumia listing fails to mention one thing, the X-pen that we told you might be included on this device. We will have to wait for official communication from the company to know if this stylus pen will be included.

As for now, the Infinix Note 4 is available exclusively on Jumia but I am not sure how long this will be the case. If you want to get this phone through offline channels, you may have to wait a couple more days or weeks to be able to do so. I will update you when this happens if and when I get that information from Jumia.

At Ksh 13,999, the Infinix Note 4 is one of the cheapest phablet you can get in Kenya. This might help Infinix attract consumers who are looking for a device with a big screen but are not willing to spend more than Ksh 15,000. Will this work for the company? Only time will tell.

That one will be released in August. It will be the one with a stylus pen.
