Samsung is expected to update its phablet line (Galaxy Note Series) later this year. The company has always been releasing a new Galaxy Note device every August and this year we expect the Galaxy Note 7 to be better than what we have ever seen. We have seen a few rumors and leaks about this phablet but we still know very little about it.

The latest information about this tablet indicates that Samsung will be including a dual camera setup at the back. According to sources with knowledge of the information, Samsung Electro-Mechanics (Semco) has been working on the dual camera system and will be including it on the company’s phablet to be released later his year. The company will be including it on the Note 7 edge and not the standard Note 7. This will put the Note 7 edge on the same level with the Huawei P9.

Some of the other features the Galaxy S7 is expected to come with include a 5.8-inch Super AMOLED display with a QHD resolution. It will come in two variants, one with a Snapdragon processor and the other one with an Exynos processor. Both variants will have 6GB of RAM, 4000mAh batteries and USB 3.1.

Dual Camera Craze

It seems like this year the dual camera setup is the future and Huawei is currently the top smartphone manufacturer to have it on its smartphone. The Huawei P9 came with the dual camera setup and we expect Apple to include it on the iPhone Pro and iPhone 7 Plus. Both these devices will be unveiled later this year.
