Where most smartphones carry one or two durability ratings, the POWER 80 is certified across four independent international standards — each verified by accredited third-party laboratories under standardized test conditions.
SGS 5-Star Gold Drop-Proof certification — issued by SGS International in Geneva, one of the world’s largest independent testing bodies. The POWER 80 was tested against repeat drops from up to 2 meters onto hard surfaces and passed at the top rating.
MIL-STD-810 military-grade durability — the U.S. Department of Defense’s environmental engineering standard, originally developed for military equipment. Very few smartphones in this price segment carry this certification.
IP68 & IP69 water and dust resistance — the highest tier of dust-tight, water-resistant certification available. The POWER 80 is built around a shock-absorption cage frame — a reinforced internal structure that distributes impact energy away from the screen and internal components. Reinforced corner buffers extend slightly beyond the screen plane, so the display never makes direct contact with concrete or tile in a drop. A high-strength composite back and mid-frame flex without cracking. Every seam, port, and speaker grille is sealed against water and dust ingress.
The result is a phone that survives what most phones need a case to survive.
The Case-Free Phone
Cases are a work around. They exist because most smartphones aren’t tough enough on their own.
