Sage has officially launched Sage Intacct in Kenya. This introduces AI-powered, cloud-native financial management capabilities to the country’s growing mid-market segment.
Sage Intacct is designed for growing and complex organisations that require more than basic accounting tools. The platform embeds AI and automation across core finance functions.
Its main capabilities include multi-entity consolidation, multi-currency support, real-time dashboards and reporting, intelligent workflow automation and open API integrations with other business systems.
Sage Intacct aims to improve accuracy while reducing risk and fraud exposure by automating processes such as bank reconciliations and outlier detection.
According to Jordaan Burger, Managing Director for Sage Africa & Middle East (AME), the Kenya launch is driven by rising demand for intelligent financial tools.
“Launching Sage Intacct in Kenya reflects our commitment to supporting the country’s growing community of SMBs and mid-market organisations with intelligent, AI-powered financial technology as they accelerate their digital transformation journeys,” said Burger.
He noted that Kenya’s position as one of Africa’s fastest-growing innovation hubs makes real-time financial visibility and automation increasingly essential for finance leaders.
Built for Scaling Businesses
Sage Intacct is positioned as a scalable financial management system capable of supporting complex, multi-entity structures including global operations.
The platform has already been rolled out in South Africa, the UAE, and other SADC markets before its Kenya launch.
Sage’s expansion into Kenya comes as the government advances its Digital Economy Blueprint and National AI Strategy 2025–2030, both of which prioritise automation and AI adoption across critical sectors.
