Servercore has announced the promotion of Victoria Kleinbort to Head of Business Development. She was previously the Country Manager for Kenya.

She joined Servercore in 2022 as Kenya’s Country Manager. In this role, she helped shape the company’s local and regional playbook.

As Head of Business Development, Kleinbort will lead commercial operations in high-potential markets. She will also be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.

Before joining Servercore, she was a tech entrepreneur, building B2B-Export.com, a platform connecting suppliers from Africa, Latin America, Indonesia, and the CIS region. She has over 12 years in product development and marketing, and a master’s degree in technology entrepreneurship.

She’s a thought leader on cloud computing trends, an active mentor for African startups, and a familiar face in the region’s innovation circles, from mentoring female founders at Anza Grow Academy to speaking at DITA LIT’s tech series.

“Victoria’s promotion is a recognition of the impact she’s already made and the potential ahead,” said a Servercore spokesperson. “Her experience and perspective align perfectly with our goal to deliver scalable, resilient IT infrastructure solutions tailored to the realities of African markets.”

One example of that approach is Servercore’s partnership with GoDeliveries, which leveraged the company’s cloud infrastructure to cut costs and boost system performance — a case study in how smart infrastructure choices can transform operations.

As she steps into her new role, Kleinbort said,

“I’m excited to lead the team toward strategic business partnerships,” she said. “I look forward to enhancing Servercore’s capabilities and driving meaningful impact in Kenya and across the region.”
