    POCO Relaunches in Kenya with the New POCO C75 and M6 Pro Smartphones

    POCO has officially relaunched in Kenya and introduced two new models, the POCO C75 and the powerhouse POCO M6 Pro. According to the company, these two devices are designed to redefine the mid-range smartphone experience, combining cutting-edge technology, stunning design, and POCO’s unbeatable affordability. The POCO C75 is available exclusively through Jumia starting from Ksh 13,799 for the 4GB RAM model with 128GB of space. The M6 Pro on the other hand will be available on pre-order later this month.

    The POCO M6 Pro: Unlock a New Level of Performance and Immersion

    The POCO M6 Pro comes with some decent specs that will elevate your smartphone experience with first-in series innovations and powerful hardware.

    The Display: It has a 6.67 inch Flow AMOLED display with edge-to-edge viewing experience. This display has 120Hz dynamic refresh rate that will ensure an elevated experience whether binge-watching or gaming. The display also has 2160Hz touch sampling rate for ultra-responsive gameplay.

    Performance: Powering the POCO M6 Pro is the 6nm Helio G99-Ultra chipset. This is paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage that should easily handle your multitasking, gaming and video playback needs.

    Camera: For all your photography needs, the phone features a 64MP triple camera setup with first-in-series OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). This camera captures photos and videos with incredible stability and clarity according to the company. Whether you’re filming or taking snapshots, the dual OIS + EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization) system ensures you get professional-grade results every time. There is also a Film Camera mode that feature 12 film filters and 8 film frames for that nostalgic, cinematic touch.

    Battery and Charging: The phone has a 5000 mAh battery that supports 67W turbo charging. This is impressive for a phone within its price range and can fully charge the phone to 100% in just 44 minutes ensuring you’re always connected and ready for action.

    Security & Biometrics: The M6 Pro has an in-screen fingerprint sensor for secure access and maintains the POCO standard of durability with its slim yet rugged design.

    Xiaomi says the POCO M6 Pro is the ultimate choice for users who demand more from their smartphones thanks to its flagship-level specs.

    The POCO C75 on the other hand brings together sleek design, long-lasting battery life, and immersive entertainment in a value-packed device.

    Display: The POCO C75 has a 6.88-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate. This display delivers vibrant visuals for a smooth entertainment experience, whether you’re gaming, browsing, or streaming. It is TÜV Rheinland-certified and the Low Blue Light and Flicker-Free technology ensure eye comfort even during extended use.

    Design: The company says the POCO C75 inspired by nature and is available in Green, Gold, and Black. It has a slim 8.22mm profile and a centrally placed circular camera module. Its back panel mirrors the textures of the natural world, creating a modern yet refined aesthetic that feels great in hand.

    Camera: At the back it features a 50MP AI dual camera that captures detailed, high-quality images with ease. The front facing camera is a 13MP one that features Night Mode and a soft light ring, allowing users to take flattering selfies in any lighting condition.

    Performance: This phone has the octa-core Helio G81 Ultra processor paired with up to 16GB of RAM with memory extension. This should guarantee smooth performance with no lags for everyday tasks. From multitasking to running heavy applications, this phone will deliver seamless transitions and reliability.

    Battery: The POCO C75 features a slightly larger 5160mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. This should be good enough to provide power the whole day even for heavy users.

    Additional Features: Convenience is key with the side-mounted fingerprint sensor for fast, secure access. It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack with enhanced 150% volume boost for an optimized audio experience.

    The company says the POCO C75 is for users who demand both style and substance, providing a premium experience at an affordable price.

    The POCO C75 is available from 2nd November (today). It is one of the devices in the Xiaomi Black Friday sale this month. It is available in Black, Gold, and Green with the following configurations:

    • 4GB + 128GB: KES 13,799 (Exclusively on Jumia Kenya)
    • 6GB + 128GB: KES 15,599 (Exclusively on Jumia Kenya)
    • 8GB + 256GB: KES 16,999 (Exclusively on Jumia Kenya)

    POCO M6 Pro Availability and Pricing

    The POCO M6 Pro will be available in November on Pre-Order via Jumia. It will be available in Black, Blue, and Purple. Details on pricing and variants will be shared via Poco Kenya page in due course.
