Samsung to start working on the second generation of Google’s Tensor processors

Google wants to dominate all technology Segments, and Its Pixel smartphones have been performing so well even though they are not that popular in our local markets. The goal must be achieved. After the Pixel 6 series launch in the previous year, the manufacturer is set to release the new Pixel 7 series this year.

The Pixel 7 range of smartphones should come with a new generation of the tensor chipset straight from the hands of the South Korean Manufacturer. A few weeks ago, the Californian tech giant showed out the upcoming seventh generation of Pixel smartphones.

Samsung’s AMOLED panel, on the one hand, and the integrated Tensor 2 CPU will take center stage in these Google Pixel 7. Samsung will be in charge of producing Google’s new SoC.

The latest information currently on our hands is that the production on the Tensor 2 chip, which will use a 4 nm architecture, could begin in a few. This new generation processor will undoubtedly outperform the first Tensor SoC. At the same time, some speculate that it may suffer from the same problem as the Exynos 2200, namely a propensity for overheating issues.

However, waiting for the performance of this new Google Tensor 2 processor, which should deliver a significant power advantage over the previous generation announced at the end of last year, will be necessary. This new chip could have two Cortex-X2 cores, two Cortex-A710 cores, and four Cortex-A510 cores.
