    The Infinix Hot 12i is the latest in the company’s affordable series. The Hot 12i is available in Kenya starting from Ksh 13,500. This is right around the same price that you can get one other device recently launched by the company, the Infinix Smart 6 Plus. The Infinix Smart and Hot series are very different devices targeting different customers.

    The Infinix Hot 12i is the successor to the Hot 11 series that we did not hear much about in Kenya. The series first launched in Kenya towards the end of 2021 but was not as successful as its predecessor.

    With the Infinix Hot 12i, the company hasn’t been aggressive in marketing it but given that the phone just launched, only time will tell if this changes. The phone is available in two variants of 2 and 3GB. This phone supports RAM extension, a feature that is becoming common among Android smartphones. With this, you are able to use some of the phone’s storage space to expand your RAM when the need arises.
