Earlier today, realme launched two new smartphones into the Kenyan market. These new devices include the realme C11, realme 6 and the company’s fitness band, the realme band. These three join the realme C3 that the company launched in the country recently. The C3 is available in stores for around Ksh 13,000.

With the launch of the realme C11 and realme 6 in Kenya, the company is expanding its portfolio in different price segments. The realme 6 will be available for Ksh 29,999 while the realme C11 will be available for Ksh 9,999.

The realme 6 will be available in stores both online and offline in Kenya as from September 2. Those who buy this phone will get a free realme band worth Kshs 2,999. The realme C11 on the other hand will be available on August 28 both online and offline.

Realme started off as a sub brand under OPPO but is now operating as an independent brand. The company has been doing well in Asia and sees an opportunity to replicate its success in Africa. Given that OPPO tends to focus on smartphones above Ksh 20,000, realme can be the brand focusing on the affordable segment while still competing with OPPO from time to time.

The realme C11 on the other hand is equipped with a 6.5”, mini-drop full screen. It brings a larger field of view, provides excellent game, audio and video experience, allowing one to enjoy a wider field of view brought by large screen and less visual disturbance. It features a 5000mAh Massive Battery, and a Nightscape Dual Camera. Below is a look at some of its specifications.
