The LG NanoCell TVs take your viewing experience to a higher level with lifelike colours thanks to the tiny particles this screen technology uses. The tiny particles are used to filter out dull colours from the LCD display.

LG NanoCell TVs offer superior and more vivid colours than your conventional TV. They have wide viewing angles so you can comfortably see what is on the screen from different viewing angles. In this post we will be looking at some of the top 5 features of LG NanoCell TVs that make it stand out from other TV on the market.

    Great Picture Quality

Picture quality is one of the most important aspects of any TV. Since the LG NanoCell TVs filter out all the dull colours, they ensure the viewer sees accurate colours no matter what content they are watching. They offer real and natural colours that LG is calling “the New Standard of Pure Colours.”

Combine that with the 8K resolution that meets international standards, the picture quality is unmatched. With this, expect outstanding contrast from the TV as it delivers content exactly how it is intended to be consumed. The blacks are also as good as what you get from the LG OLED screens currently on the market.

    WebOS/ Smart Features

The LG NanoCell TVs are powered by WebOS which is the company’s proprietary platorm for TVs. Through this, an array of smart features are activated allowing you to gain access to unlimited connections and get content you would otherwise not have gotten.

Through LG WebOS, you can access a number of video streaming services from Netflix, DStv, ShowMax, Amazon Prime, YouTube just to name a few. Most of these apps will come pre-installed on the TV but if you need more you can always download them.

Besides streaming online through the TV, you can cast or mirror content from your mobile phone to the TV. The mobile operating system does not matter here, be it Android or iOS, casting on LG NanoCell TVs is easy. For iOS users, this works with both Apple AirPlay and Apple HomeKit.

If you have any smart home devices in your house, you can control them through WebOS on the NanoCell TV. This can be done through the LG ThinQ AI Home dashboard that will let you conveniently control any IoT devices from any brand out there.

    Wide Viewing Angles

With the LG NanoCell TVs, you do not have to sit directly Infront of the TV for the perfect viewing experience. You can sit anywhere and watch the TV at an angle and not worry about image distortion and colour inaccuracy. There is also no light reflection which on most other TVs is what leads to limited viewing angles.

With wide viewing angles, NanoCell TVs are perfect for the whole family no matter the size and shape of the living room.

    LG Magic Remote Support

If you have never interacted with the LG magic remote, then you are missing out. It is one of the nice additions you get with the NanoCell TV to easily navigate through the TV without much of a hassle. You can even talk to the TV through this remote thanks to the natural language support as enabled by LG’s AI ThinQ technology.

You can use voice commands through this remote to control the TV and apps and even search for content in real time. Since this TV supports natural language, you are sure it will understand your accent as long as you speak in a language that it supports.

AI For Automatic Adjustments of Picture and Sound

Thanks to its Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, the LG NanoCell can adjust some settings for you for the best viewing experience. It employs deep learning technology and constantly learns from the customer to detect the content genre being displayed and adjust for the best picture and sound quality. You will not have to do this manually every time you change what you are watching.

The AI processor in the TV will scan your location and understand the room and your location in it to optimize the picture for you and balance the sound to fit you. It does this by detecting the location of the Magic remote which is assumed to be your location too.
