HTC may not be among the top Smartphone makers in the world but their flagships always get as much media attention as the premium devices from Samsung, Nokia and Apple. This is particularly true when you look at the just launched HTC One M8 that had so much media attention months before it was announced. The phone will replace the current HTC One that is famous for its Ultrapixel camera.
HTC announced the M8 at a media event in New York. During the launch, HTC said they design Smartphones for exceptional people who think for themselves.
The HTC One M8 has a 5-inch display that is held in a sleek metal chassis. The display screen if full HD with 1080p resolution. The phone features two cameras at the back. The first one is 4 Megapixels while the second one is mostly used to capture depth information of the image. The speakers have enhanced boom sound making them great for watching movies and playing games.
At back, the HTC M8 has a 2600 mAh battery that combined with the phones extreme power saving mode can give you an extra 15 hours of battery life.
The M8 will be available in Gunmetal Gray, Glacial Silver and Amber Gold colors.
