It has been a while since Sony launched an Xperia smartphone. The last time Sony made so much noise in the smartphone market was back in September when the company officially unveiled its latest flagship, the Xperia Z5.
The Xperia Z5 is not the only smartphone Sony will be promoting this year. The company is also working on the Xperia C6 according to some online sources. Photos of this phone have leaked online showing its impressive bezel-less display. Sony has not yet said anything about this phone but from the images shared below, you clearly see that it resembles any Xperia smartphone on the market.
Sony Xperia C6
As you can see above, this is the same edge-to-edge display that we saw on the Xperia C5 Ultra last year. This phone will most likely be at MWC 2016 a few weeks from now so it might not take long before you see it.
Some of the specs the Xperia C6 has been rumored to have include the 5.5 inch Full HD edge-to-edge display and a 2 GHz octa-core MediaTek processor. Nothing more is known at this point including the camera capacity, price, battery and availability.
All in all, this looks quite good from Sony, I just hope the price is not too extreme.
