As we get closer to September, we will get more information about this smartphone, including its specs and price. The latest info comes from a serial tipster who has confirmed that Sony will unveil the Xperia Z5 this September at the IFA event in Berlin.
The tipster has also revealed some of the specs the Xperia Z5 will have. According to him, the Xperia Z5 will have a 5.5 inch display with a resolution 1080 x 1920 pixels. This gives it a pixel density of 401ppi. He says that it will be powered by a Snapdragon 810 processor which is quite different from earlier rumors that suggested that it will be powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor.
Also on the Xperia Z5 is 3GB of RAM with 32 GB of internal storage space. The phone is expected to have a 20.7MP rear facing camera and an 8MP front facing camera.
That is all we know about the Xperia Z5 smartphone at the moment. The above specs look real to me for a flagship smartphone. Sony has struggled of late and we will wait and see the price of the Xperia Z5 to say if it will be successful or not.
