Oppo has been very active this year unveiling Smartphones left, right and centre. This has been a strange move for the company given that we are used to the company focusing on a few devices and then pushing them to consumers as hard as they can. This year the company is taking a different approach which is something exciting. The company yesterday announced the Oppo Mirror 5 that will join the Oppo Mirror 5s that was announced last week.
The Oppo Mirror 5 has a unique backside that is covered with a dazzling diamond like surface with cut glass segments. This gives it a stylish look that will definitely appeal to most people. In addition to this, it has a bi-metal frame with cross beams.
The Oppo Mirror 5 has a 5 inch TFT display with a resolution of 960 by 540 pixels. Powering this smartphone is a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor. This is a 64-bit processor that when combined with the 2GB of RAM ensures performance is good.
As for the memory, the Oppo Mirror has a capacity of 16GB that can be expanded using a microSD card. At the back sits an 8MP camera that is capable of shooting Full HD videos while at the front there is a 5MP camera that is perfect for selfies.
The phone will have a 2,420 mAh battery and will be running on Android 5.1 Lollipop skinned with Color OS 2.1 on top.
