With the hub’s close proximity, the company will now offer free deliveries for products above ksh. 5000 while those below the amount attract a shipping fee of Ksh. 200 within Mombasa. Customers will also have the option to pay cash on delivery for products purchased.

Robinson Murage, Marketing Coordinator said, “Since we allow customers to return or exchange products they have purchased on our website www.jumia.co.ke within 7 days, the challenge has been the time it takes to get a product from Mombasa to Nairobi and back, a challenge the new hub has solved.”
