Given the popularity of selfies, phone manufacturers have been rushing to fill this gap with selfie dedicated Smartphones packing some serious megapixels in their front facing cameras. Most of the manufacturers who expressed interest in these Smartphones are Android manufacturers and now even Nokia wants in. We first heard of Nokia’s interest in a selfie phone late last month and now new photos have surfaced showing us how the Smartphone will look like.
The Smartphone is codenamed Superman and will be the first Windows Phone selfie Smartphone. This Smartphone will feature a high-resolution 5MP front facing camera. At the back there will be a 6.5 MP camera.
Up until now, we have known very little about this device and new information seems to surface with each passing day. We now know that this will be a mid range device and may be available as from this quarter. When launched, it will go by the name Lumia 730.
Other specs the Lumia 730 is expected to have include a 4.7-inch 720p screen, a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage.
The software bit of the Lumia 730 is also updated and will be called Lumia Debian Red. This is the next update after the Lumia Cyan.
