Earlier in the year, Microsoft announced that it has signed deals with new hardware partners who will be working on Windows phone Smartphones. One such company was LG.

To show us how real and soon we should expect the LG Smartphone powered by WP 8.1, a program manager at Microsoft has shared a LinkedIn that indicated that LG is not only working on a Smartphone but also on PCs and TVs running Windows.

This is exactly what Microsoft wants for the future of Windows. They want to be able to bridge the gap between Windows desktop and Windows phone operating systems to ensure they work together. In the end, the experience between Windows on PC, Smartphones and other devices will be connected and unified for a hassle-free use.

The LG Smartphone running WP 8.1 may be coming soon but for the PC and TV, do not expect them this year. Probably LG will announce this officially soon and production for the TV and PC will start as early as next year for the devices to come to the market late 2015 or early 2016.
