Airtel Money Users To Get 25% Airtime Bonus

Airtel Kenya has announced a new offer that will reward its prepaid customers with 25% airtime bonus airtime on purchase of airtime worth Ksh. 50 and above using Airtel money.

The bonus airtime which is valid for 30 days and can be used for all functionalities (Calls & SMS across ALL networks, Data and international calls)

Customers who top up their lines through Airtel Money will get a 25% more airtime above the purchased value. For example if a customer purchases airtime worth Kshs.100 he/she will be credited with Kshs. 25. Customers may dial *131*31# to check their bonus airtime balance.

While announcing the new service, Airtel Kenya CEO Adil El Youssefi said that the bonus applies automatically to all Airtel prepaid customers who purchase airtime through their Airtel Money. Adil added that the new service gives Airtel Money users across the country greater value  and freedom to communicate with friends and family at all times.

“The new service offers our customers an opportunity to get more when they choose to purchase airtime through their Airtel Money accounts. We will remain committed to provide our customers with more and more innovative value added offers such as the 25% bonus offer now available to them”. he said.

Customers will utilize the bonus first before they start utilizing their normal airtime account. Deduction of the normal account will only take place once the dedicated account balance is over. All prepaid customers will qualify automatically for the bonus when they purchase airtime using Airtel Money.
