The Samsung Galaxy F May Just Have A Sleek Metal Back

gsmarena 001

For a long time now, Samsung’s ‘haters’ have always said its products are inferior to other Smartphones due to their plastic back covers seen on even its premium devices such as the Galaxy S5. As for me, I do not think the plastic back makes them inferior as I am more interested in what the devices have underneath.

It looks like Samsung is about to silence these critics with the Galaxy F. The device has previously been referred to as the Galaxy S5 prime and Samsung Galaxy S5 Dx. Samsung has so far been quiet but the number of leaked images doing rounds on the internet clearly show that this device will come at some point. Just like the saying goes ‘where there is smoke, there is fire’, the smoke here refers to the rumours and the fire is the device named the Galaxy S5 prime or the Galaxy F.

The overall design of the Galaxy F looks like that of the Galaxy S5 excep for a few features. The Galaxy F has a bigger screen compared to the current flagship, the Galaxy S5. To be exact, the screen will be 5.2 inches big compared to the S5 that has a 5.1-inch screen. I know this is a slight bump but it is still significant if we are to differentiate between the two devices.

The screen of the Galaxy F will be bumped up to be QHD (2560x1440p). Under the hood there will be a Snapdragon 805 processor and the device will support 4G LTE connectivity. The release date was said to be in June so expect this device any time from now.
