Nokia X Shows Up In The Wild

We already know that Nokia is preparing to launch a number of Windows Phone 8.1devices next month. What we are still not sure is if Nokia will by launching the rumoured Android powered Smartphone, the Nokia X. At the moment, it looks like the Finnish company will launch this device considering the rumours doing rounds and leaks we have already seem.

As we told you earlier when the rumours first started, the Nokia X will be available in a variety of colours. This is confirmed by new photo leaks showing off the device in one of the colours, orange.

These latest photos resemble all the previous leaks that showed a multicoloured Smartphone with a plastic back cover.

The Nokia X runs on a heavily modified Android version with access to Nokia’s own app store and not Google play.  The device will have dual SIM card slots, a 4-inch display screen, a 5-megapixel camera, 512 MB RAM, 4GB of internal storage and a 1500mAh battery.

We are still not sure if Nokia will come through with this Smartphone given the fact that the company’s mobile division is to be acquired by Microsoft.

Do you think Nokia will go ahead and unveil this device? Would you buy it if it comes out? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
