Apple CEO Tim Cook is surely not a fun of Microsoft’s newest product the Surface. During the company’s earnings call this past Thursday, in which the company announced that it sold over 25 million iPhones and 14 million iPads, Cook referred to the Microsoft surface as being confusing and compromised.
Cook told investors that “I guess you could design a car that flies and floats, but I don’t think it would do all of those things very well,”
Cook also admitted he has not yet had a chance to use the Surface yet, so all his opinions are based on the stuff that he has read so far. According to a number of reviews, Microsoft’s attempt to make it in the tablet market is not all that smooth sailing especially due to the fact that its RT application seems to be missing.
Apart from all this, Microsoft will have a very difficult marketing task as it tries to reach the consumers with the difference between the Windows Phone 8, Surface RT and the Surface Pro.
