Today, Infinix Mobility launched its latest smartphone, the Infinix Note 2, in Kenya. This smartphone is meant to take over from the Infinix Hot Note that was launched sometime last year and went ahead to become one of the bestselling smartphones in Kenya. The Note 2 is available on e-commerce site for Ksh 12,499.
The Infinix Note 2 is an upgrade compared to the Hot Note and brings with it a ton of new features that make it a worthy upgrade.

As you can see from the specs above, the Note 2 looks like a very attractive device. The phone is pretty big I have to say but it is still very good. It’s low price also makes it go to device within its range.
Performance-wise, the Note 2 does not disappoint. The Octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor which clocks at 1.3GHz is a pretty solid one. This is combined with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage space.
For the camera, the phone has a 13MP unit at the back with a 2MP one in front. The 13MP camera at the back is pretty good but the front facing camera is a little disappointing.
The one thing that made the Infinix Hot Not popular was its big battery, Infinix knows this and did not disappoint with the Note 2 which has a 4040 mAh battery. This is pretty big and can easily get you through the day without topping it up.
